Bahar Kimyongür y los/as camaradas del DHKC, ¡en libertad!

El Comité Central de los CJC quiere felicitar a los y las camaradas por su libertad y saludar a todas las organizaciones de derechos humanos y organizaciones de izquierdas por la victoria conseguida. Especialmente al PCPE y a los CJC, quienes en una muestra de profunda solidaridad internacionalista se movilizaron con Bahar y los/as camaradas presos/as. La sentencia que encausaba a los/as camaradas ha sido declarada ilegal y por tanto nula.

El 19 de abril de 2007 la Corte de casación ha hecho pública la nulidad de la sentencia del 7 de noviembre de 2006 de la Corte de Apelaciones de Gante, la ilegalidad de las detenciones y la imparcialidad del Tribunal que juzgó el caso.

Las detenciones, juicio y sentencia, se enmarcaban en la criminalización y recorte de derechos y libertades en la UE y en la total vinculación del poder judicial con la democracia burguesa. Bajo el amparo de la ley antiterrorista belga de 2003, el discurso de la seguridad ciudadana y la guerra contra el terrorismo, se atacaba a la libertad de expresión, reunión y asociación.

La "justicia" belga en profunda colaboración con el régimen de Ankara, encarcelaba a los/as demócratas que luchan, se movilizan y denuncian la situación de injusticia que viven los/as presos/as políticos/as turcos/as y la clase trabajadora turca.

Finalmente la solidaridad internacionalista ha conseguido una victoria y los/as camaradas están en libertad.

Bahar Kimyongür and the comrades of DHKC, ¡in freedom!

Central Committee of CJC (Collectives of Young Communists) congratulates the Turkish comrades of DHKC (Devrimci Halk Kurtuluş Cephesi - Revolutionary People's Liberation Front) for their freedom and would like to greet all the human rights organisations and left-wing parties for this victory. PCPE (Communist Party of the Peoples of Spain) and CJC mobilised for Bahar and his imprisoned comrades, in a deep show of internationalist solidarity. The sentence which convicted the comrades has been declared illegal and, therefore, invalid.

On April 19th 2007, the Court announced the nullity of the sentence of the Court of Appeal of Gante, on November 7th 2006, the illegality of arrests and that the Court which tried the case was biased.

The detentions, trial and sentence happened within a framework of criminalization and right and freedom cuts in the European Union, and the total entailment of the judiciary with the liberal democracy. Free speech and freedom of association were under attack under the protection of the Anti-terrorist Law of 2003, the speech of the "citizen security" and "War on Terrorism".

The Belgium "Justice", in collaboration with the Ankara regime, were jailing the democrats who are struggling, mobilising and denouncing the situation of the Turkish political prisoners and the conditions of the Turkish Working Class.

In the end, internationalist solidarity have got a victory and the comrades are in freedom.
